This facility is so nice and friendly! I previously did a transfer at a different clinic and this one felt so much more comfortable and friendly. The massage chair and heating on it prior to transfer was so relaxing I felt so much more comfortable and ready for my transfer. My provider is out of the clinic and does procedures there I am so glad she made the switch to Spring.

Communication pre-treatment was not timely or clear. I felt like I had to drive my own care. I wasn�t receiving communication in a timely manner and there was a lot of difficulty with getting my medications ordered in time to begin stimulation. I would love to talk with someone at the clinic to provide more insight, as I don�t feel that I can adequately explain all of my concerns in this survey.

I found the medication management aspect quite stressful. I wish there had been more diligence/support in regards to medication tracking. I had two instances of not having enough meds. The first resulted in an emergency order, that I had to initiate through multiple messages and phone calls over a two day period just to get medication that I needed shipped to me before the weekend cut off time. If I hadn�t been proactive, the entire process would have been halted. The second time I raised an alert, they couldn�t get meds delivered to me on time, so I had to take an injection in the bathroom at the office. It was very awkward and stressful to have such an important part of the process treated like an afterthought.

Dr. Fisher is so gentle and kind. I never have pain with ultrasounds or speculum exams when he does it; I�m so appreciative of the care he provides. Additional note, I notice the front desk staff don�t wear name badges, I feel bad because I don�t know any of their names.

Everyone I have interacted with has been very kind and helpful. However the intake process was not streamlined AT ALL. I got asked the same questions multiple times and felt like none of the folks I was talking to were talking to each other or able to clearly see all my information. I also was disappointed that my Dr. did not take 2 min to let me get dressed after my vaginal u/s before she talked to me about last steps and we had our last contact before the follow up. It was hard for me to focus on what she was saying when my pants were off and my feet still in stirrups. Thanks!
