Everyone I have interacted with has been very kind and helpful. However the intake process was not streamlined AT ALL. I got asked the same questions multiple times and felt like none of the folks I was talking to were talking to each other or able to clearly see all my information. I also was disappointed that my Dr. did not take 2 min to let me get dressed after my vaginal u/s before she talked to me about last steps and we had our last contact before the follow up. It was hard for me to focus on what she was saying when my pants were off and my feet still in stirrups. Thanks!

Very professional thus far, and helpful staff. Dr. Wu seems very knowledgeable and looked at me as a whole person to come up with best treatment strategy. I felt very informed on what was needed and the plan moving forward. The app (both Salve and Spinrg) seem somewhat outdated and are not the easiest to maneuver. Just considering how expensive fertility treatments are, and how much we are all using technology these days, I would recommend upgrading if possible.

Nurses don�t have much experience with advanced cases for blood sampling and catheter placement procedures. The whole process wasn�t smooth - every step was somehow miscalculated and Team haven�t took my feedback seriously which led to unnecessary delays and physical suffering for me

While our provider has been exceptional, as well as Ellen, our experience with spring has been awful. The misinformation, mistakes, and erros made throughout our treatment have been devastating. Understanding this is one of the most stressful experiences families navigate, we felt our unique circumstances were irrelevant, and administration made us feel like just another number.
