The team at Spring was wonderful. Everyone was friendly, supportive, and helpful. I felt well cared for. Costs were competitive. I had trust in my doctor and nurse. My patient navigator was knowledgeable and patient. There are a few areas that could have been improved a bit. I would have liked more information from my doctor about the plan for my stimulation protocol and a little of the reasoning behind that. All I had were the general info from the app and the webinar I attended and then the list of medications I was supposed to take. I also would have liked a little more explanation at monitoring appointments about what they were looking for (e.g., follicle size and estrogen level). Lastly, Destinie�s blood draws consistently hurt more than the other phlebotomists.

I took my kid with me to the appointment. If I got notification that this is free kid campus, I would have different arrangements. Maybe let�s patients know about kid free policy a head of time, it would be great and save awkward situation. Otherwise staff and provider are great. I have a great experience

At first I was a little overwhelmed by the app, and was confused about the roles between my patient navigator and nurse. I also had one hiccup where my meds didn�t show up in the portal the first day due to some confusion about an anesthesia consult. But overall my experience was extremely positive. Can�t say enough good things about Dr Kreig. Will definitely be recommending spring to my friends
