As an OHSU patient with the shared care model, I think communication can be improved. Many times I�m stuck between both organizations to get questions answered and my provider isn�t available to answer time sensitive questions.

Dr. Wu is such a great doctor. She communicates clearly, she is straightforward but compassionate, and I think she is the best doctor at Spring and she was the best doctor at OHSU. My husband and I have no doubt that she did everything in her power to help me achieve pregnancy. I have deep respect for her as a person and her dedication to her work. She formulated appropriate protocols for me personally, adjusted them when they were not giving us desired results, and always listened to questions/suggestions. She was never late to appointments. I had bad experience with Dr. Liz Rubin. I saw her once for embryo transfer ultrasound which ended up being canceled because she or the nurse she worked with during my ultrasound did not inform Dr. Wu that I surged that day. Luckily, Dr. Wu caught that mistake on my last ultrasound before the day of the transfer and we agreed to cancel the cycle. If Dr. Wu did not catch that I surged when I did, we would have transferred the embryo's on a wrong day. This is a serious oversight by Dr. Rubin. Dr. Rubin was also 30 minutes late to our appointment. And lastly, Salve app is really bad experience.
