All of my in person experiences at Spring were great, as were all of my communications with Dr. Lee. Simply put, the vast majority of my experiences/communications aside from these were negative.

It would be nice to have more RN support in the beginning of the process. I often felt like it was really hard to speak to someone with clinical experience/knowledge. Also, it took awhile for prescriptions to be sent to my local pharmacy, things that had to be started that day or the next day. I really appreciated the entire team working with me. Everyone was always so friendly. I really appreciate all the safety checks and clean environment!

I feel like the April launch was too early. I was a patient that was getting care at OHSU and then was transferred to Spring. A lot was miscommunicated, a lot had no idea how to move us in the process. I feel like I had to really be an advocate for myself just to get started.

The medical history form with 287 unskippable questions, some of which didn�t even apply to me, was not a good experience. Having to gender miscarriages and pregnancies that have not and will not ever happen was very uncomfortable.
