It would have been nice to get a picture of our embryo and a printout of the ultrasound after the transfer.

The office staff were always very kind! I was allowed to tour the OR prior to the day of the procedure and that really put my mind at ease. I did feel like I was learning on the fly for the most part and did not have a great understanding of the process. I wished so badly I had a handout or someone that explained the steps to me in better detail. I was unaware that the worst part was post retrieval. I didnt know I was gonna gain 7 lbs overnight and that I would be so uncomfortable. Shout out to the all the staff in the front, the nurses, Caroline from genetics, Dr Palmor, Anne from lab, and Kendall with meds!

The doctors and nurses are amazing. The coordinators are a complete mess. They dont respond to messages. They tell you they will upload items such as aftercare instructions, and dont. They dont tell you up front everything you need to do for the cycle. They call at 4pm the day before your baseline, and say if you dont fit in appointments with a bunch of different people before 9am the next day, you will have to push your cycle back a month. Why couldnt they communicate these appointments were required with more than half a days notice? They just incredibly disorganized and uncaring.
