The doctors and nurses are amazing. The coordinators are a complete mess. They dont respond to messages. They tell you they will upload items such as aftercare instructions, and dont. They dont tell you up front everything you need to do for the cycle. They call at 4pm the day before your baseline, and say if you dont fit in appointments with a bunch of different people before 9am the next day, you will have to push your cycle back a month. Why couldnt they communicate these appointments were required with more than half a days notice? They just incredibly disorganized and uncaring.

Getting medication through carrot was a little difficult but that had nothing to do with spring

Communication via Salve is great and response times are usually very fast, unless the one person who is supposed to be monitoring your doctor's queue is off. Then there's no good way to get a hold of anyone, because even if you call you get sent to a voicemail that is manned by the same person who isn't there to answer the Salve messages. When there are time-sensitive things that need accomplished, this is very stressful. Overall, everyone and everything was great, though.

The team at Spring has been great for my FET cycle! I really love all the information in the Salve app which answers most my questions in advance. One thing that could have been improved is communication regarding my shipment of embryos from OHSU to Spring, it would have been nice to receive proactive communication to set expectations ahead of time on when I should expect an update on when my embryos had arrived safely. However the team responded promptly to my question about this in the Salve app. I did also notice that during my transfer the male (Dr? Nurse? Not sure of title) seemed to not quite follow Dr Wus direction at first but then did. Perhaps the team was just adjusting to new technology and the dynamics of working together. Overall, many thanks to the team, there was a lot of positive reinforcement and care from Dr Wu and everyone else. The warm blankets, coverup, and massage chair are a nice touch to make the experience feel relaxing. Thank you
