I cannot say enough good things about my experience. As someone who received sad and distressing news about my lack of fertility I came away with those feelings but also with feelings of support and that I wasn�t alone. I felt like I was seen as a person and not a case. It was the first time in a while I have felt that way while seeing a doctor and I can�t tell you how much the kind interactions I had with the team meant to me. The reception team was so friendly and warm, the nurse team that took my blood and supported me in my room were also really warm, and I felt like my doctor and the nurse in my room for my ultrasound were so kind and made me feel so heard. I really appreciated how much I felt like they were trying to empathize with me and educate me. It means a lot that the team wants to find an explanation for me and isn�t just giving me information without any explanation. Thank you!

Everything about my initial visit was ideal. Doctors and other staff were so kind, supportive, and willing to answer my questions. My only complaint is about the Salve app (and thus the intake form process), which both my husband and I found challenging and cumbersome. Otherwise the experience was great!
