The nursing/coordinators are understaffed. In 11 month, 3 were purely care coordinator delayed that could have been proactively avoided (I can give specific examples). More concerning, twice salve messages combined with voicemail msgs were missed for days over weekends (bleeding while pregnant needing advice, prolonged fever needing advice), resulting in ER visits when messages were not returned (or I called the fellow on call). This is in addition to multiple salve messages being unanswered after a week, and the follow up being answered by cross coverage who has no idea what�s going on with my case.

Retrieval day care was excellent and I felt very supported by the team. Appointments are efficient, communication through the portal is timely, and coverage was seamless even when my assigned nurse was out. The only challenging moment was the trigger day appointment. Hearing that the eggs were likely over mature felt discouraging and was emotionally jarring. More expectation setting earlier in the cycle would help emotionally prepare patients for that possibility. Overall, I am truly grateful for the care we received throughout the process and for the professionalism and compassion shown by the entire team. I look forward to continuing to optimize future cycles.

My overall experience was great. From the front desk, medical assistant, nurses and Doctor Fisher. They�re nice, friendly, they know what they are doing.

Occasionally the patient navigator would not follow thru on the timeline they provided. This was frustrating and caused close follow up on patient end to loop back.
