Everything was fairly straightforward. I have two concerns� One is the waiting room. I and my husband are bigger people. There was one couch that had two other patients sitting on it when we arrived and the rest of the sitting arrangement were modern chairs that had a narrow seating with arms. It would be nice to have you reevaluate your seating options to make everyone who comes in feel comfortable. My husband ended up standing the whole time we were in the waiting room. Two, it�s a little confusing have two online portals. Between the Spring portal and Salve it would be nice just to have one portal. Thank you. Because his hips were wider than the chair options left available.

Where I would rate Spring poorly was the coordination and communication between the care navigator and nurse. There was a 5 week period between my donated sperm arriving on site and the fertilization starting. No one could tell me what was going on or figure out the timeline. I kept being told it would start the next week and then it never would. I am confident that the only reason it was resolved was I got in touch with the clinic manager, Heidi. This time period was very frustrating. Other than that, I�ve had a good experience and always had a good in person experience with all medical staff.

I have been so impressed by all the MAs! I have very difficult veins and often require many attempts to be successful. Most have been able to get the needed sample on the first or second try! It�s easy to see the MAs are the heartbeat of this clinic. You have my gratitude and respect. Keep up the awesome work you do.

The only frustrating part was the original woman responsible for getting my embryo from OHSU completely stopped communicating, but once I called to inquire, I felt very supported.
