I loved my expereince with Spring and would recommend it to anyone. Only area of improvement is that I would have liked to be warned ahead of time about which side effects to expect. Otherwise everything was perfect.

I had a very negative experience with Dr Kim and her team. One major issue is communication. Her style always feels rushed. She do not discuss with me all possible treatments that are available for me personally to optimize results in my situation. It often felt she does not care about the outcome but treats you as a number to push thru the process. I will often had to seek consultations with other providers to get understanding of my options

It feels like we hit the clinic jackpot on the first try somehow- I havent had any of the nightmare experiences, delays or struggles so many talk about with other clinics. Nothing but good things to say about Spring. I especially appreciate Dr Wang whos been nothing short of incredible and my nurse Sam who is so sweet and helpful. Ive always felt very cared for at Spring.

Communication is challenging with multiple chats from different teams, all labeled the same title, especially with finance. The phone app doesn't provide all the info like yhe desktop version. If all could be updated and in one place, it may feel less confusing. I'd say finance, pharmacy (not being able to use my FSA/HSA when selecting certain medication packages, and getting hold of receipt/invoice to claim for them was difficult). Also the injection and post-op phone convos are very dense. Wasn't sure if I had a reaction to the anesthesia or my body didn't do well with the post-op recovery but I did have a pretty bad vasovagal episode. A few other women have told me they went to the ER post-op, and I think it would help to be more aware of how to go about this if it happens often (specifics). Otherwise, team is very friendly.

My doctor was late to my ultrasound appointments twice. i was her first appointment, so I understand if there was traffic. However, i would appreciate if someone would have updated me while I was waiting undressed. I had to come outside to ask her assistant if they had an estimated time because I chose an early appointent time for a reason. Then that assistant proceeded to say that she would check and go to the phlebotomist to ask her what she should say to me, because "She's really mad." The other one said to tell me that Dr. Wang is stuck in traffic. I heard all of their whispering about me. When she came back to tell me this, i told her that I was not mad, and I just wanted an eta. (twice their assistants didn't know because they had no communication wity her). After that, it was helpful because her earliest appointment times started at the time that she arrived when she was late. Overall, I really appreciate that Dr. Wang listen to my needs during the process and I was lucky that we were able to do the retrieval on a day when I had less work (plus it gave the eggs more time to grow!). I also really appreciated that after the retrieval, she personally sent a message through the app to tell me that the other doctor had retreat how many eggs. Shout out to the nurses in the SF office right before the retrieval! So kind.
