Even with the med-pack, it would be nice to order a little bit extra medications than needed to avoid any surprise. I had a bad experience one day that the pharmacy didn�t receive my prescription. In the end, I have to contact Spring multiple times and go to the pharmacy to pick up the medications. When I was there, the pharmacy asked me to pay although I shouldn�t. When everything gets resolved it was 7pm. It is pretty stressful since I don�t have any medication left at home for that night. Just one additional pen/vial as backup would be a lot easier for me.

It is impossible to reach the care team. Ans if you leave a voice mail they get back to you within 24 hrs and sometimes that is late.

I felt a bit rushed and everything happened too quickly. I had no much info about the drugs or side effects. I had to google everything by myself during the process. lack of information for the 1st injections and process. Quite a lot of drug has not been used, around $1.5. Side effects or pain were zero (i was expecting a lot). Overall I am recommending the clinic to everyone but bc I did the learnings myself. I wish the team would have guide me a bit more at the begging

The treatment is really hard emotionally. I think this clinic is not very concerned about this. Almost every time you go there you see different people so you don't feel very confortable
