The bloodwork at Redwood City was less comfortable than SF or Sunnyvale, they often take twice or a few tries to get the blood. Need improvement.

Dr Tran is the Best!

Understand that the team was struggling to keep things together with Dr. Vaughn out - but I feel that continuity of care was sub-par. I felt bounced around from doctor to np to different doctor to nurse. I got different answers from all of them. I also found that post-retrieval care/follow up was not great. The team was difficult to reach. I once called the office 9 times in a 10 hour period and each time got the answering service. Overall I am a bit disappointed to be honest.

Such a wonderful experience so grateful to Dr. Tran, Michelle Chicas and Jill V for everything such an incredible team!
