I was immediately put to ease when Dr Harris let me pick music to play during my procedure. It instantly brightened my mood to be listening to something so familiar and erased all anxieties I had around the 2nd transfer. He was thorough in explaining every step and showed us the embryo before and during the procedure. This really made an impression because often times I dont know what Im looking at. I left feeling very happy and confident! He set the vibe up well!!!!! Major hugs

I suggest your survey include a question specific to interaction with the doctor since that is the primary interaction. I would not recommend Dr. Tran to anyone as he has lost his focus on serving clients in a caring, compassionate, or even respectful manner. I believe he did have that once upon a time as my friend, Serene, was an early patient of his and she recommended him to me. I had a negative experience at PAMF of feeling like I was not getting the information I needed and friends encouraged me to change clinics to find a doctor that I can trust and get the care and information I need to make informed decisions. I was hopeful with Spring based on Serenes review and the marketing materials. However, Dr. Tran did not deliver. He did not look me in the face or eyes when I met him or during my appointment. His exam was at lightning speedand I suspect he missed something as he summarily declared I have only one follicle whereas my monthly ultrasounds over the past 7 months have shown between 8-15 follicles. He seemed taken aback when I shared this info post-exam. But he also did not suggest a re-examination. He let me know that the average age asian women go into menopause is 49my mom went into menopause at 57I could not interject this as he did not pause in his statistical analysis which was hard to follow and understandI had to ask for the bottom line. I can accept his determination that he cant help me get pregnant and appreciate he said that it would not be ethical for him to charge me lots of money and overpromiseI am rationale and understand the odds are exceptionally low at my age. I do take issue with his lack of care and respect for me as a patient coming to him for an important, sensitive, and invasive process. It is a bad experience when a person is sticking a wand into my body but does not talk to me in a respectful posture. He made it pretty clear from his body language that I was wasting his time. My partner is also a health care provider and he trains his staff to treat patients like they would treat a loved one. To never get complacent or routine in their care as patients are people trusting you with their health needs. I recommend that your doctors be trained with this approach as well. Dr. Tran seemed tired and should consider taking a break if he cannot deliver the kind of compassionate care and respect women deserve as they go through their fertility journey. It is difficult and traumatic enough as it is.

Since day 1, I have always had the best experience with spring fertility. I appreciate how very caring and attentive the staff are. I also just wanted to say that Dr. Harris is awesome, hes never rushed and always makes time to answer my questions.

Nice touch in the flowers classy and certainly thoughtful.

The whole team at Spring has been wonderful and helpful. I feel like the whole team understands how important this process is to the couple and tries their best to be sensitive, prompt, and responsive.
