Overall, we were informed minimally, when I ask questions I felt like im annoying my doctor, nurse etc. i have seen my primary doctor maybe twice. Next procedure is never clear, emails are always short. I learned more on the internet

Love all the staff but quite disappointed about the doctor

I keep filling out these surveys but there's never follow-up, so it feels a bit like all of this is going into a great void. I had several issues with this round of treatment: 1) it is impossible to get an answer about our success chances with conventional IVF vs ICSI from anyone. I should be able to ask these things of an embryologist, but it's nearly impossible without applying an extreme amount of pressure to my care team. 2) during some of my ultrasounds, my doctor clearly confused my case with someone else's (said I had had a cancelled cycle, gave the wrong sperm motility percentage for my husband). When I tried to clarify where these numbers came from, there was no follow-up from the care team. 3) the spring website proudly advertises an 88% ICSI insemination rate and 54% blastocyst conversion rate. However, when I ended up with a 33% blastocyst conversion, my nurse told me that that's the average conversion rate. Why is the 54% conversion rate advertised if the average is actually 33%? My nurse wasn't able to answer that, and if indeed the average blastocyst conversion rate for your patients is 33%, advertising 54% feels deceptive.

Overall I think everything was pretty easy to book, clean and great environment. Sometime I felt the nurse could have explained exactly what some of the procedures were and the purpose of it.

I've had really bad side effects, and don't think I full realised how bad it'd be

Dr. vaugh was great during the transfer. I had minimal discomfort. The nurse who was with me was very comforting and gentle. Im very thankful for all the staff.

Day 3 report was given over voicemail and extremely misleading. It was the holiday weekend and I was unable to call back for clarification. I think more care should be used when delivering news over the weekend over voicemail and a direct number to call back when it isnt an emergency.
