Every single staff member at the two facilities I visited (Redwood City and Sunnyvale) were lovely and made me feel very comfortable. I greatly appreciated all of their support throughout the entire process!

Dr Tran and his team have been wonderful care providers so far and partners in this journey with us. They have been responsive, informative and supportive throughout the process so far.

I had to proactively ask a lot of questions about the protocol applied and the next steps. For example, its not clear to me when I can expect to implant

Although the nurse and care team were friendly and open to answering questions, it feels like there is a lack of communication from the Spring team and the patient on anticipating next steps. As an example, it took us two weeks after receiving the Natera results to receive a generic outline of next steps that was not attached to any specific dates. We just wanted to understand what next steps would look like, but werent able to get any any answers for two weeks. Additionally there seems to be many miscommunications amongst the Spring team. We received conflicting medication dosage messages one day, there was confusion on what I had called the late evening line about and I was mistaken for another client that creates confusion and could have delayed my retrieval inappropriately, and we waited over an hour to receive a call from our primary care doctor because the call was not scheduled in the books as communicated to us via email and confirmed via automated text messages several rimes.

In general my experience with Spring has been favorable but sometimes it's hard not to feel like I'm part of a production line. There were several times during the treatment where there were drugs that I *might* have to take but when they weren't prescribed I was left wondering whether I actually didn't have to take them or a mistake had been made. With the results of my bloodwork it was also not entirely clear what conclusion the care team had drawn from them and for example I wasn't sure when my ovulation actually occurred and felt like I had to supplement with OPKs at home.

Thank you for everyone on Dr Trams team (and Dr himself of course :) ), it has been a smooth and pleasant experience

We LOVED spring and everyone we have interacted with here and feel so happy about the whole experience. We had spent months before at CCRM and it was a nightmare experience which is a complete 180 from spring. We are overjoyed with Spring on all aspects
