I would have liked a little more time for questions after the procedure by the dr. She was pleasant and through but wanted a little time to spend with her to ask anything we wanted.

During this process a clear or proper guideline and timeline was not provided, and the existing one was confusing and not complete. Our provider doctor rushed the visits and the treatment path was always overall unclear for us. Also, we felt that there was a lack of personal connection during important appointment and while procedures were done, the doctor did not take the time to educate us of what was being done and why.
