I wish with each visit it was proactively shared what to expect or why things were being done. I often felt the need to be asking all the questions. E.g. tell me what the medication I need to start taking is actually for / what it's doing.

Great care

The numerous digital communications via text and email can be overwhelming depending on the recipient. Initial impression was marred by the error in medication dosage and is challenging when there are multiple sources of truth that reflect the dosage (eg treatment calendar and messages). This could be improved if there�s just a single consistent resource to direct to like the treatment calendar. Treatment result was disappointing because of premature ovulation and can be a lot to take in coming out of the procedure. However greatly appreciate the extra time and consideration from care team and Dr. Tran to consult on results and next steps the day after.
