The numerous digital communications via text and email can be overwhelming depending on the recipient. Initial impression was marred by the error in medication dosage and is challenging when there are multiple sources of truth that reflect the dosage (eg treatment calendar and messages). This could be improved if there�s just a single consistent resource to direct to like the treatment calendar. Treatment result was disappointing because of premature ovulation and can be a lot to take in coming out of the procedure. However greatly appreciate the extra time and consideration from care team and Dr. Tran to consult on results and next steps the day after.

Dr.Harris and his care team are very professional and respond efficiently. I was very well take care by them and appreciate their efforts.

I had a great experience and really appreciated all the time and support form Dr. Harris and the nurses. The two thing that could�ve been better- order the medication earlier. I had to remind the nurse to put in the order and then it only came a few hours before I needed to start taking them. At the initial diagnosis portion, I was sent the complicated ivf process instructions before being given the results of the diagnosis tests and that felt backwards.

I would like to say thank you to Dr. Harris who is always there for his patients. He is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He is the best fertility doctor I ever had a chance to be treated by. The whole Spring team is fantastic! My nurse Jillian, patient coordinator Kelsey McKenon and the whole staff at Sunnyvale office deserve 5 stars.
