The medicine injection videos are critical, but they do not show anyone actually injecting the medication into their skin which would be so, so helpful. No one shows their stomachs to show what the heck the semicircle area looks like. They describe it, but nobody even lifts their shirt up to show the area let alone sticking the needle in and it would be so helpful to see this. You should get somebody going through the treatments to demonstrate over video. Other than that, things work great and I love Dr Wang

Overall great experience. Recommend putting privacy curtain in exam room because the doctor/staff open and close the door couple times while the patient is exposed (though we have the cover sheet).

Way too fast and forceful during the procedure before they put me to sleep. They didn't even f****** tell me they were putting me to sleep. They just started injecting it. They were in a rush that day with a lot of retrievals. Everyone else was fine, wonderful experience, but I felt like I was really rushed into the retrieval room, knocked out as quickly as possible and they got me the hell out of there as quickly as possible. It was a little disturbing how fast everyone was moving because of how many retrievals they had to do that day

It was a big frustrating to continuously receive email notifications stating my appointment would be cancelled esp after everything was submitted except for a portion of my partners paperwork. Fertility is stressful in general so having that as my initial experience didn�t feel great. I also am having trouble access the salve app and have been routed to the salve team. There just doesn�t seem to be a sense of urgency to help which I have felt at prior clinics. Also, I requested my receipt from my consultation to submit to my hsa before it expires for the year and was told the billing team is backed up and they will try and get me the receipt but again this is a lot of money to not be able to submit before funds expire for the year. I think feeling supported in the entire experience is really important and it hasn�t felt that way. I enjoyed meeting the doctor, the MA, the finance coordinator but the front desk experience wasn�t great. I believe it stems from her chasing down the consultation and the back and forth but when I was checking out after my consultation she said �you�re all set� and just stared at me and seemed annoyed that I had a few clarifying questions. Obviously I want all of this to be smooth process but so far the initial process hasn�t felt very centered around the patient.

I recommend that all levels of staff and the documents sent to patients be more aware of my financial and relational situation. There were times I was asked about my partner when I am clearly here as a single mom by choice. And, I felt like the medical team didn�t understand the stress of the financial burden each decision has when helping me think through my treatment plan.

I really appreciate the team. They are all patient. Dr Wang and Dr Murugappan are great. The app is sometimes confusing though which fires not give the best impression to be honest. I think Spring deserves a better app that will make patients feel even more professional.
