Appointments were always within 10mins of scheduled time, much appreciated! The opening of Sunnyvale will be amazing in terms of saving trips to SF on weekends. Operating at such high volume, Spring should tell patients upfront that they may work/communicate with multiple doctors, nurses, etc. Over the course of three year my primary nurse changed 3 times and I couldnt keep track of her days off so was often left calling the general after-hours help line. Also, I got less than 30 minutes notice regarding my ovulation trigger pre-retrieval, which could have been a real problem if I hadnt been at home. Otherwise, Springs medical teams all seem very informed, experienced, and give clear instructions. I appreciate the portal for messages, calendar, and lab results.

I felt so supported, care for, and attended to throughout the process. I deeply appreciated feeling like I could ask any question and it would be promptly and thoughtfully answeredno question was judged and it was okay to ask the same thing over and over. Each person I interacted with seemed to be genuinely happy to see me and invested in my process. Five stars all around!

The doctor at my transfer was really great

I wanted to thank you Dr. Klatski for my nearly zero pain and bleeding post egg retrival!

Patient advocate email was detailed, but not organized in a reader friendly way. Im unsure of what I need to do given what we discussed we already had.

Order medication was very difficult bouncing from one person to another about ore authorization. Nurses generally do not seem to care about you as a patient, do not explain things in detail when asked, I often have had to ask multiple times and multiple people to understand what is going on, I understand that they treat this as a job and not to take care of giving accurate information as a patient wanting a child needs, but this was the biggest issue in my journey with Spring, causing stress in ways that shouldn't have happened at a facility like Spring.

Dr. Harris and all the staff are amazing!

I have gone through infertility (not IVF) through Kaiser, this is so much better. Its more personalized. At kaiser I felt they had too many patients here I really felt they gave me time to ask questions and clinic did not feel so crowded/overwhelming booked.
