I was promised closer monitoring due to me ovulating right before retrieval and that didn�t really happen. Medications weren�t changed to ensure that I wouldn�t ovulate either. I�m pretty upset as I put a lot of trust into Dr Tran and his team. Although I didn�t make it to retrieval either time, I�m going to speak to Dr Minjarez to see if she can help me. If not I will be leaving and would like a refund.

Overall it was good to have the team on point gmfor next steps but appointments in multiple cities is hard. Also unsure now what to do after retrieval. I find myself having to ping the team whereas I'd expect them to tell me what to do

I would suggest maybe provide a container of some sort for patient belonging when they change into gown for procedure.

I cannot imagine a better group to work with. Everyone was attentive, caring, knowledgeable and put my mind at ease continuously. Thank you!

Communication with nurse and MD was good. The communication with the patient navigator (for my 2nd and 3rd cycles) was a little spotty. For my first cycle there was very clear and prompt communication with the patient navigator (Noelle)
