Although my dedicated nurse was very helpful, I found it stressful to coordinate the delivery of the medications with the pharmacy. At times I felt that I would run out of medications, and that it would jeopardize my treatment. I believe the patient experience could be even better with a more efficient, less contact-heavy method to making sure the patient has enough medication.

I'm so glad to choose Spring as my fertility cae, especially Dr.Harris and his team. All the process so smooth and I was well taken care of. Dr.Harris was so cool and make the process fun and easy,helping my mood and Nurse Aubrey explained everything very detail, ensuring I understand. I really appreciate all the effort made by Spring for me and definitely recommend Spring to everyone I know.

Overall very happy with experience at spring. Would prefer not to receive daily texts reminding me to check my treatment calendar- they made me mildly anxioosu that something may have changed about my treatment plan even though nothing had- would be nice for patients to be able to opt out of texts.

It was truly the most wonderful experience. I am so grateful to the nurses and Dr. Tran for everything they did for us.

What I thought was most friction was: RingCentral video and the portal is a little clunky & could use a UX design improvement; but all else was great experience, I�ve been giving glowing reviews to networks!
