We love spring! We conceived our two daughters with spring and we are forever grateful to the entire spring team, especially doctor Tran!

Nurse was nice and above and beyond, but as far as facilities and hospitality, it's gone downhill. Maybe I was spoiled the first few transfers, but to literally be brought straight to the operating room and then peaced out was funny and not funny at the same time...

Generally great nurses, phlebotomists, and doctors at the Sunnyvale location. Also love my primary doctor, Dr. Wang, at the RWC location. Communications over the past month over the Salve app was a little spotty, including getting a message that was intended for another patient and I wasn't able to reach someone one day (starting from early AM) regarding my Rx during work hours. I believe that was the same individual on the care team who is no longer with Spring.

The entire process was very smooth, thank you! One thing to consider. We chose to not reveal the gender (and let the embryologist choose). The picture of the embryo (which we love!) has the date of fertilization. Depending on how many embryos were viable (made it to blast and were euploid), we could associate the gender pretty easily. This is not a big deal for us at all. But might be something to consider if the couple is adamant about not knowing :)
