Thank you

Thank you

I am truly grateful for the exceptional care and support I received throughout my IVF procedure. From the warm welcome during check-in to the seamless pre-op process, the expertise of the Dr. Murugappan, and embryologist (Alan), and the dedication of the entire team, my experience at Spring was nothing short of amazing. Thank you for making this journey so welcoming, and for being the best at what you do.

My Nurse, Allison was outstanding. I am not sure I would have pursued the process or clinic but for her. She has spent many hours patiently answering my questions and being so empathetic and caring throughout the whole process. I am really lucky to have had her!

Excellent

The salve app is a bit cumbersome as an app and. I desktop / web version. I get HIPPA, but its hard to find things without different subject lines (most say Tran on my messages), and would be nice to easily share documents and timelines with my husband with a co-share access etc. Loved the actual patient care! Everyone was patient and helpful

Extra customer service training and detail oriented focus is needed for the administrative staff. There have been too many times where the amounts of medication were written incorrectly in either the calendar or the portal messages (calendar would say one number and the portal message would say something else) which meant that I had to call in to get clarification on which one was correct. It is crucial for anyone to inject the right amount of medication and having these errors happen from the administrative staff is unacceptable.

Would have liked to had the embryo transfer explained. Like in the room, saw the embryo on the screen but no explanation.
