I have always felt very comfortable in all the appointments and I appreciate how thorough the staff is in giving instructions and answering my questions. I know I can put my trust in the Spring team.

I think my only worry was that communication was a little lacking, but I understand the team is short staffed.

Love Dr. Tran! He did my egg retrievals a couple of years ago and first embryo transferZ so happy he was available for my second embryo transfer. He is the best! The next two weeks of waiting is a little nerve-wrecking but knowing that we and all the clinicians, Onjira, Allison, Cassidy and Dr. Tran gave us all the support and care throughout, I am just beyond grateful! I have recommended Spring to 2 of my friends that were also TTC. Wishing you all continued success!!!

Both of these casted doubt about how organized this clinic is, and made me nervous given how expensive it is. Having different paperwork in different platforms was confusing. Doctor seemed bored, though I imagine he�s given this same talk a billion times. Based on reviews, it seems he lacks warmth in his bedside manner, but produces excellent results, and that is what we�re after, so we will likely continue with him if we choose to pursue this!

Overall, the experience was very smooth and the Spring team provides great support, communication and flexibility. I found ordering medications for IVF to be a bit stressful especially when running out over the weekends. It would be ideal if there was another way to request needed medication refills more quickly.

It was only a ten minute conversation that I paid $545 out of pocket for, it was supposed to be 45min long
