Everyone was very pleasant and professional, and I felt that the doctor was trying to give us the best advice for our situation and make the situation as easy as possible.

Huge shoutout to Dr. Harris, Shelby, Lauren, and the entire care team! Ive had an extremely pleasant experience and everyone has been so wonderful! For such a stressful process, Dr. Harris has been so comforting, positive, and reassuring. I cannot thank everyone enough!

Financial navigation could be significantly improved with someone with more appreciation that this is a process some may have never dealt with, and insurance can be complicated. More specific and detailed outline and explanation, with empathy and patience would be key for a patient in such moments that matter. My financial navigator uses the word 'again' a lot and it can be demeaning if someone doesn't fully understand what she explained and she seems rushed and brief with her responses. The sequence and decision from point from initial consultation and then into treatment was a little confusing as I did not experience a discussion of what and why I was prescribed a certain treatment protocol, and had little understanding of what to expect...no big picture overview. I was surprised to find out we would have ICSI treatment, and would have appreciated explanation of that rather than me being told what to do and then have to ask why that may be. Our provider could also use some more empathy and patience to try to understand what the goals and experience a patient is seeking.

I really appreciate all the procedure Ive taken with Dr Trans team. I hope it goes well!

Thank you for taking such great care of me!
