Compared to last time this transfer was a much better experience. The nurse on the day was absolutely wonderful and listened to all my concerns regarding pain and coverage. I had talked with the Dr on the phone before the procedure and she was also aware about my concerns. I felt like she took me seriously, regardless of whether she agreed with my concerns or not. One minor thing, my last u/s was on a Sunday, and I had two nurses call or text in Salve with information that didn't match what my care team and I had agreed on. No big deal, but this scripted messages can be offputting if you have a specific plan in place.

There was clear lack of communication between spring snd alto which left me unsure if I�d get my medication on time and added more stress to the process. Many of us work difficult hours and have in person client meetings so needing to adjust my schedule for delivery (esp in a secure area that wouldn�t get stolen) due to lack of communication was a bit burdensome. Also I don�t think the nurse/care team effectively communicated how bad my post extraction symptoms would be. It wasn�t until I was really feeling poorly and I message the nurse did they let me know that these symptoms were expected due to my higher egg count and I could take pain meds more frequently. The only warning I got due to my higher count was that it could potentially be a tougher recovery with no specifics was frustrating. I did love dr Pasternak and I�m not too concerned regarding the incorrect dosage one person messaged me about as typos happen but it was the communication between my pharmacy and my post extraction guidance that I felt wasn�t as great if patient care as I could�ve received.

The physician we had the consulation was very bad. Probably amongst the worst we have met. I got the same feedback about him from another person in the network and decided to give feedback. He seemed upset, very strange interaction.

Spring is the best!!! The whole process is smooth and Salve app is a lifesaver.
