Had a great experience overall. Responsive and ultra supportive care and coordination. especially pleased with medication dosage communication. taken by surprise by the depth and impact of side effects of medication.

It would be really nice to have an in-persin guide or demo for the injections

Medications - I sometimes felt uncertain about if I should order more and how much and was hesitant to wait until day of my appointment because they sometimes had a 1 day delivery day and I wouldn�t have had them the next morning if I did need them . Side effects - I was so glad they told me to take two days off work if I could because I was still feeling pretty comfortable the next day!

I had a very positive experience with Dr. Tran�s team throughout my egg retrieval process. The team communicated with me very well and made me feel reassured every step of the way. Monitoring appointments and check-ins were always handled very efficiently and professionally, which greatly reduced my stress during treatment. Thank you so much for your care and support! The only issues I experienced were that the billing team seemed a bit slow when my insurance changed, and there was some miscommunication within the provider team regarding my medication order, which caused a delay. Other than that, the care and overall experience were excellent.

The nurses are truly valuable assets for Spring. They are not only serving as healthcare experts but also emotional support. OBGYN is not easy for all women let alone infertility treatments. Again, there is never 100% success rate but with the help of the experts at least I am knowing I am doing what's right to make a difference.
