I was surprised that we got all the way through to egg retrieval without testing my partners sperm. By the time I realized it was too late and not something that could have happened. I still don�t know what the results were and would have appreciated more attention on him. This process is already so centered around the woman but even with ICSI I think it�s important for the male partner to feel and understand their part in the process. Steps for him weren�t really clear and we had to followup which feels like a pretty big oversight. Other than that I was really pleased with all the staff and nurses. It was also reassuring to hear that even with Dr Tran on vacation he was still overseeing my treatment. I would have loved to be put on his schedule earlier on after his return to the office.

I don�t feel like expectations were set in terms of how many mature eggs someone would retrieve in one round

We had the most optimal experience we could have asked for. The level of deep are, love, and support we felt from the entire team was beyond phenomenal. We already do and will continue to refer anyone to Spring! Thank you deeply for everything.

Everything about this was wonderful. The only room for improvement is communicating timelines to patients. There was a lot of emailing back-and-forth and I never got a sample calendar. I understand that the dates are very subjective and dependent on each individual, but for embryo transfer even when I reached out with my day one. I still thought it would be about five weeks until transfer but there was an extra two weeks of birth control that no one warned me about. There should be a standard template of all the activities and the range for how long each activity can take. And you can send out to each patient
