Overall it exceeded my expectations, specially on the level of communication! I don�t feel we fully connected with Dr. Tran in a personal way, but every time we had a question Maggy, Onjira and the entire team would promptly respond it. Even without that close connection I feel Dr. Tran personalized my protocol, was fully aware of my case and on our brief in person connections he was direct, warm and caring. Which we greatly appreciated. The staff is a dream come true, all run smoothly with minimum delays, accommodations when needed and the best tone. This is the best level of support I have seen so far in all doctors I had to visit, a stellar team! My medications were hard to order as my company hired a third provider to approve them. It took us multiple follow-ups and calls to get it sorted, and I may have paid more than I should for a couple of them until we understand it, but Onjira and Maggy were super partners trying to untangle it with me. I would like to highlight Audrey, Onjira, Ursula and Maggy ability to keep me informed and calm on the different phases of this process. It has been almost 9 months and they were always here for me. I would suggest two areas of improvement. Prior to Thanksgiving I came to the office and it clearly needed a more frequent cleaning so you may want to plan for support on busy days. My ultrasound was made on a room with a lot of hair in the floor and the trash can overflowing. It was different than all my prior experiences so I�ve just assumed it was a non-typical week closer to holiday. The second are the billing and financial process. It�s so hard to communicate with this team, sometimes taking me weeks to get a response. I feel the process is not transparent, my financial navigator lacked knowledge in the insurance area and I�ve felt uncomfortable with the arrangement where if Spring receives more than the necessary from the insurance you would just keep it. Like overcharging for the work performed just doesn�t seem a good practice to me. After multiple calls I still don�t understand how to estimate the actual costs of the treatments. Happy to provide more feedback as needed. I want to congratulate the Spring team for its level of service, the lab and great staff. I wish everyone could have the red carpet experience and found great souls as I did working with Spring.

I would have really liked to know why the doctor only retrieves 5 eggs when I had a total of 9 and looking at the ultrasound could clearly see 7. I wasn�t really given an explanation and the whole thing makes me feel like he rushed it given I did this on a holiday. It makes me want to persuade my friends to never have anything done on a holiday.

Overall I was very impressed with Spring fertility. Ivf/transfer requires balancing a ton of details to facilitate a outcome. While I did have a couple of challenges including post egg retrieval and starting progesterone, I felt they were on top of my care. I also just want to say a huge thank you- this is not easy work and the team lead by Dr Tran did an outstanding job. I am so thankful they were also willing to work on thanksgiving to do my FET. In short, thank you thank you thank you!
