My husband had been told it was ok for him to keep his sample for an hour and it was only when he questioned this that they realized he needed to hand it in immediately. They also did not tell my husband that I was out of the procedure and this he wasn�t invited to be with me as I woke up. The doctor delivered bad news but only to me as my husband wasn�t with me and it was difficult for me to fully understand the information given I had just been sedated. Everything felt rushed. I have had a few experiences now at Spring where it feels the clinic is prioritizing numbers over quality.

I was left in the dark majority of the process. I never had proper training on injections. For the amount of money I paid for, the service, knowledge and care was lacking. Everything felt rushed and transactional. It was very frustrating.
