And the receptionists and nurse assistants were wonderful too. Dr. Pasternak was so informative and made me feel so comfortable. She didn't rush me at all and let me ask any questions I needed to. It was also really nice how she asked me how my husband and I were doing and really seemed to care about how we were handling our infertility. The receptionists were also so easy to work with and when I had to cancel my in person appointment, they quickly converted it to a TeleHealth which was so convenient. Overall a great first experience with Spring!

I am very upset the way my ASF claims are handled by Flora, my insurance company has not yet received any documents for reprocessing for these claims.

I am very upset the way my ASF claims are handled by Flora, my insurance company has not yet received any documents for reprocessing for these claims.

Overall it was great to do my retrieval�s are Spring. If I could give feedback, there were two areas of opportunity in my cycle this time around. 1) I was informed my husband wouldn�t need to provide a sample, because he had enough frozen samples. The day of the retrieval after I was done, my husband received a call and had to rush to the office to provide a sample. It wasn�t ideal since I had to be left alone and he an I had intercourse the night before - and he had drank that same night. I wish we were given the heads up on that. 2) Second, I only found out my doctor would be on vacation the day before my procedure. Not a major issue, just wish she had let me know of it as the time approached
