I love my care team (Catherine and Laurel) and have gotten to see many doctors (and staff) in two locations thanks to circumstance and everything has been wonderful. Billing has also not been an issue and when anything has arisen, it�s been quick and easy to address. Really grateful.

There was some miscommunication between me, Spring and Natera as it related to the timing of the genetic testing. I had my first appointment with Spring in April and got my first round of eggs retrieved at the end of October. This delay was a big disappointment and the main reason I am not 100% sure I would reccomend spring to a friend

I would had really appreciated a phone call from the doctor preforming my egg retrieval and my transfer after the procedures to follow up and address and concerns or questions

The only things I think the team could do better is to be clear upfront about the entire process (eg what happens after egg retrieval) since it was not clear to me. My partner and I watched all of the videos with Dr. Klatsky and James Cooper, an additional one what about the expect after egg retrieval would be helpful.
