The prescription process got a little confusing bc alto was charging full price and Walgreens everything was covered under co pay. Other than that everything was perfect .

I would be happy to speak with someone directly about some of my concerns but the procedure itself went great

Staff couldn�t have been more supportive and calming. They took extra time to answer questions and chat with us � felt more like being with friends than being in a medical environment. Thank you for the professionalism and kindness.

I think the part I most struggled with was the delay I experienced between being advised that my transfer was cancelled and the lag time to actually speak with the DR.

I called the on call doc on the night of my trigger shot, and Dr. Tran was curt and unhelpful. He made me more confused about the dosage.

At each visit I asked for a detailed receipt I could use to get reimbursed and each time the people at the front desk were very nice and said that they would provide it on my portal. I am still waiting for detailed receipts and out of all my visits and reminders to the front door staff I only have ONE detailed receipt on my portal. Other than that care, treatment and communication has been great
