The team was so professional and supportive! The process was clearly outlined, with lots of guidance provided at the right time in the process. Exceeded expectations!

The overall experience was great! The one hiccup was that I had a consultation call scheduled with the nurse and I was to expect a ring central link for it. I never got the link and when I called in to get it, someone did find it and give it to me. So I called into our scheduled call and waited for 30 min and the nurse didn�t show up. I called spring back and the person apologized and said the nurse was still out of office (on vacation). It was not a good experience to wait on a call only to find out it should have actually been rescheduled. Another nurse kindly jumped right in and did a ling consultation which was very much appreciated!

Love working with this team. I've already refered women to this clinic. Thanks to Dr tran and Ursula and every nurse and assistant along the way. Cassidy was super nice yesterday during my transfer.

I learned that spring does not do gc elective. That is a policy from top down. Very frustrating so looking at new clinics. I do think staff is great and surgery seamless . But the top down policy is horrible.

Dr. Tran is very matter of fact and direct which I appreciated but also he could be a little warmer when meeting a patient for the first time
