Communication was fragmented across care teams, nurses, and coordinators. I got calls from people I had never spoken to before and I didn�t know their role. Worried me a bit that things could get missed or wires crossed given how many people were in contact with me.

Was happy with the experience overall. I suggest that going forward, Patient Navigators/MDs review bloodwork results and conform date of initiating OTK based on progesterone levels. I missed my ovulation window and delayed my procedure by 10 days. This could have been prevented had I begun OPK the day after my period.

Transfer was a quick process. Too quick. Which was good but still would of liked the Dr to go over everything. Or talk to me during the process. Might of just been my nerves. But walking about and seeing nurses crossing fingers and sending good vibes was very nice

Dr Pasternak made me feel so comfortable and I appreciated her passion and energy. Would recommend 10/10

Dr Tran has a lot of work to do with his bedside manner. He was abrasive and condescending. Not at all the temperament someone should be met with when beginning fertility treatment
