Really great support. Would advise for customers who are not in San Francisco that you recommend at home injection support for their areas (Marin, South SF, Peninsula, etc).

I came to Dr. Pasternak specifically from friends� recommendations, and I have already recommended Dr. Pasternak and Spring to friends. I�m really happy with the outcome and the care I received throughout. Below I provide constructive and positive feedback. Constructive feedback: (1) The UX for the intake forms was frustrating and anxiety provoking. The tool indicated I was missing questions but I could not see them. I emailed Salve, who said this was a Spring issue (lol). (2) I did not have quite enough guidance right off the bat. I realize this is likely related to how quickly we initiated treatment (started priming 2 days after consult) but it seemed like there should have been a flag for folks to expedite admin processes (payment information, checklists, etc) related to my case. The staff were really nice and helpful whenever I called but it felt like I should not have had to initiate those conversations to move things forward / I felt stressed about meeting the various deadlines. (3) The Salve app was a bit of a struggle for me. It would be great to be able to put a subject line on those app messages as if they were emails, or just have a single thread for each entity as in texting. In general I found the app�s layout unintuitive and often had a hard time finding key information. It would be great to have a feature that lets you pin or quickly jump to your most used pages. Positive feedback: (1) The consult was a very positive experience. I really liked and had confidence in Dr. Pasternak. I experienced the practice as a queer-inclusive space, which isn�t always true in OBGYN. I also really appreciated being offered an earlier initial appointment at the last minute because this enabled us to begin treatment immediately. (2) The care team and staff were really helpful over the phone. During monitoring I appreciated the medical staff�s kindness and sense of humor. (3) On the surgery day meeting Dr. Zore and the anesthesiologist put me at ease. The nurse who watched me in recovery, Susanna, went above and beyond. She was really kind, patient, and accommodating. I would have felt unsafe leaving earlier and I was really grateful for her extra care and attention. (4) I remain super-impressed by Dr. Pasternak�s engineering of the outcome�92% mature eggs retrieved, wow.
