Y�all may want to update the information provided in the �Journey_Map_Sperm_Anonymous� on Page 3 it stated that Lab �accepted scheduled deliveries Mon-Thurs 8:30am-2:30pm� to reflect any change to that schedule. Luckily the person working in the lab clarified that they only accepted deliveries on Wed, at least at the time we needed to schedule a delivery.

Care team could use more training regarding attention to detail. Transfer experience felt like a different company than the usual office visit (much more caring and attentive).

Generally I have good experience with Spring. But it will be great if Dr. could share more details of each ultrasound about things he/she were checking. Also would like the team could have more further details about each steps they are going to do during the transfer. It would be nice if patients could receive a physical photo of their embryo. Anyway would definitely recommend Spring to my friends.

I really appreciate every step of the process with Spring and Dr. Pasternek's team. It's obviously a stressful endeavor but I always felt informed, supported and cared for by the clinic.

Would�ve been nice to have an example timeline. It was super frustrating trying to email and understand the process. You need to provide some kind of high level example calendar or even just a series of events so I can estimate when medications, appts and the possibility of getting pregnant could occur
