I wish there was more time during transfer and it happened so we could see the embryo transfer. I had never met dr Tran before and I thought maybe he could have spent some time talking to us and reviewing our history

Would�ve been nice to have an example timeline. It was super frustrating trying to email and understand the process. You need to provide some kind of high level example calendar or even just a series of events so I can estimate when medications, appts and the possibility of getting pregnant could occur

I had a phenomenal experience from the very first appointment all the the way through my retrieval. I can't possibly say enough good things about my experience. Every single staff member I interacted with treated me wonderfully, and always made sure that I felt supported.

I loved how efficient and laid out everything was. I was concerned about the process having an impact on my work days throughout the 2-3 weeks but it was great to be able to get in for early appts and besides the retrieval day of course and shots there was no impact on my day to day.

It would be helpful if the doctor could meet with patients in a more timely manner after egg retrieval. I won�t get to meet with my doctor until I�m halfway through my next egg retrieval.

Dr. Tran�s care team is very quick to answer my questions. Onjira and Maggy are very kind and professional. We really appreciate the care we received.

I think that if clients know - they want cycle 2 & 3 to have a program set up right away would be nice !! All else so goos
