The person who called with the embryo report said that we would be contacted again for our day six report and I had to tell her that wasn�t part of my process- we also had to have our names corrected on our forms multiple time both the first and last name of my partner. But aside from miscommunications about my cycle from the financial and care team it was and is a wonderful experience

I had a very frustrating experience while trying to set up my initial cycle. I had a history of an arrhythmia and was told on a Friday at 4:20 PM that I would have to obtain a letter in 2 business days to clear me or else my cycle would be canceled. Onjira the nurse was very rude on the phone and kept talking over me. I am a physician and know that it is NOT the patient's responsibility to get clearance. Onjira did not listen to my concerns and was not apprised of the discussion between me and the anesthesiologist. In addition, Dr. Townsend, told me in the process of trying to figure out the NSVT issue that "it's not the end of the world" if we have to push the cycle back. While I appreciated her help for other aspects of my care, this specific statement was very insensitive, particularly for a person working at a clinic that specializes in fertility and knows that each cycle means something to the patient. I know that cycles can be canceled for any number of medical reasons, but this was a clerical issue that was going to delay the cycle. It's unfortunate that these overshadowed what was otherwise a very good experience. The collection day in particular was very smooth and I'm grateful for the rest of my care.

Dr. Pasternak has the best bedside manor of any provider I have ever met. She always made me feel relaxed, comfortable and confident in the procedure taking place.

I had great experience with spring . But one I would like to add day on transfer, I wish Doctor spend little more time to explain about embryo as well as how my uterine line looks. My last US shows my uterine line was 6.5 mm. I m not sure it�s grows more after that. Overall experience with Spring we very good.
