We would have preferred to be educated more/involved more in the decision-making process around eggs being discarded.

Transferring doctors has been difficult; I wish there had been a clearer handover.

All of the staff between SF and Sunnyvale were exceptional and made my experience so great for me being new to this! Thank you!!

The team has been so friendly, responsive and supportive. They remained committed through my entire journey and I trust their expert advise on next steps and best treatment for my case. Additionally, even through there is a lot of poking and prodding involved, nothing has ever been uncomfortable. Thank you so much for taking such great care of each patient individually.

Spring feels a little bit like a factory now. Continuity of care felt lacking and I needed to stay on top of things myself and keep reminding the team of my specific needs/circumstances. Lastly I would suggest some additional training on phlebotomy (I got pricked 7 times for 2 blood draws and don't have that issue anywhere else). Overall I plan to stay with Spring due to excellent skills (Tran), ease-of-scheduling & the high-quality lab.

Spring is clearly a well-oiled machine, but it does not feel like a personalized experience. It feels like Spring allots a certain number of minutes per patient regardless of situation or treatment outcome. I was just delivered extremely disappointing and confusing embryo results and no one explained what could have caused those. And when I asked, I'm told the soonest I can talk to my provider to get any clarity or answers is 10 days later. When I point out that I could lose a cycle due to just waiting for a consult, I'm told there are no other options. I appreciate many things about Spring's efficiency, but it feels like efficiency is prized over patient mental health, which can be brutal emotionally.

I dealt with so many ppl, I wish I could be more specific with rating.
