I dealt with so many ppl, I wish I could be more specific with rating.

Medications were incorrectly ordered several times.

Spring is clearly a well-oiled machine, but it does not feel like a personalized experience. It feels like Spring allots a certain number of minutes per patient regardless of situation or treatment outcome. I was just delivered extremely disappointing and confusing embryo results and no one explained what could have caused those. And when I asked, I'm told the soonest I can talk to my provider to get any clarity or answers is 10 days later. When I point out that I could lose a cycle due to just waiting for a consult, I'm told there are no other options. I appreciate many things about Spring's efficiency, but it feels like efficiency is prized over patient mental health, which can be brutal emotionally.

We were looking forward to possible transitioning to Spring since we will likely need to do another egg retrieval. However, after meeting with the Doctor we decided to go with RMA. Doctor had an approach that didn't suit us well in the end. It felt like we were wasting his time with typical questions that he hears from couples struggling with this. Also, we paid for $400+ for initial consult, which was to include ultrasound, but the Doctor made it seem like it wasn't worth it and would bring no value. Seems like a steep price to pay for a quick 30 minute chat.

Everyone on the spring staff was super friendly and helpful, in particular Markie and Audrey really helped ease my nerves and were wonderful.

We found the financial advisor would provide a canned response without looking at our insurance policy. She often stated financial estimates that were inconsistent with our insurance and we had to follow up to validate and correct. The in-person visits were great and on-time, however, zoom or phone meetings were often delayed without a heads up. This could easily be solved if a nurse could call in at the time of the appointment and let us know, so we could plan better or have better transparency.

I had a terrible experience which I already shared with my care team as I received the wrong dosage of my Trigger medication. I alerted the team a couple times throughout my cycle and they assured me I just had 7x what I needed due to pharmacy error. When it was the night of the trigger, I realized my syringe was a different volume and each vial only had a tiny tiny amount of Leuprolide. The emergency hotline wasnt answered or responded for a while so I was panicking not knowing what dosage would be correct. This was very stressful and caused me not to be able to sleep that night. Additionally, I had issues getting my medications and ended up doing self pay despite being covered by Cigna due to the pharmacy saying I wasnt covered. I felt little support navigating that financially from Spring and believe I may have been able to save $4400 if I had a bit more support. Spring never got Cigna on the phone with me and Spring despite me asking multiple times for a call with all of us together.
