It is a very beautiful experience that I am going through and the spring fertility and the whole team made it more pleasant, with their attentions, everyone was very attentive to me, everyone is being very kind and they have been watching over me all the time and of course I recommend this clinic 100% Dr. Pasternark very kind and all the nurses too, especially my primary nurse Alicia :)

De Klatsky is wonderful and Bridget my care team nurse blew me out of the water; if she was not as a great business professional as she is a nurse, i never would�ve received my insurance covered medications that were impossible to access without coordinated effort on both our parts. She single handedly made this procedure possible. I can�t overshare her commitment, competency, open availability to connect and immediate responsiveness to any question I posed. Bridget was my entire care team.

I�ve had multiple procedures and cycles at other facilities (UCSF, Kaiser) and there�s just no comparison to the level of attention, care, and comfort I received at Spring. Everyone was always so on top of everything, making sure I was well-informed and happy at every step. I always could reach someone and get any tiny question answered with a smile. Across the board, everyone is exceptionally nice � I actually don�t know how you were able to assemble such an exceptional team from front to back. I�m so grateful to Dr. Klatsky, Catherine, Bridget, and the whole team :)

Dr. Tran and the carr team were great. This is a bit of a process to navigate through but I was well taken care of by everyone at Spring.

I felt cared for and that all of my questions were answered promptly before, during and after treatment. I will recommend Spring to my friends for sure!

When I woke up, I was next to someone who was hearing their report from their nurse. They had quite a large number of egg retrieved when I was happy to just barely reach over the double digits. It was very disheartening and distressing to hear about someone literally two feet away from me receiving a really good report when my future is less certain. There was also a nurse right outside of my recovery area giving a similar report on the phone to someone. This is the second time this has happened and I find it incredibly insensitive to myself and other patients in my situation. I am begging you to PLEASE have your nurses use quieter voices and to please think about who you are putting someone next to for recovery. I find this to be a terrible way to treat a patient after everything we go through. Thanks.
