Miscommunication was frequent this past cycle including incorrect dosage, delay in medication refill, and protocol that wasn't communication/confirmed until day of retrieval.

When I woke up, I was next to someone who was hearing their report from their nurse. They had quite a large number of egg retrieved when I was happy to just barely reach over the double digits. It was very disheartening and distressing to hear about someone literally two feet away from me receiving a really good report when my future is less certain. There was also a nurse right outside of my recovery area giving a similar report on the phone to someone. This is the second time this has happened and I find it incredibly insensitive to myself and other patients in my situation. I am begging you to PLEASE have your nurses use quieter voices and to please think about who you are putting someone next to for recovery. I find this to be a terrible way to treat a patient after everything we go through. Thanks.

I loved working with Dr. Zore and the entire team in the SOMA office, everyone was lovely, friendly, communicative and made me feel very cared for during what could have been a difficult experience. Thank you!
