Dr. Zore and her care team is amazing. I must mentioned that the part that I was most worried about was the egg retrieval. I�ve never had surgery and wasn�t sure how my body would respond. After this procedure I had minimal spotting AND did not even need to use tylenol to manage the pain.

Overall experience was great with our amazing doctor and team, but the financial team is challenging to deal with and hard to communicate with for many reasons.

Service payments were completed by my insurance. And facility fee claim to my insurance is done, too. I don�t know why Spring billing team does not refund the balance. I heard from finance team that it can be for next cycle, but it does not make sense because I pay deposit each time before any treatment.
