The app communication is overwhelming at first. I�d like an option for the chat and documents to be available via email or desktop so it can be more easily shared with my partner. The constant screen-shots and referencing back through long messaging threads was a lot.

The bed side manner from Dr. Paternak and her team was world class. I felt incredibly well informed, well looked after and supported throughout my entire journey. I can't wait to recommend Spring to the rest of my friends going through egg freezing.

It was somehow fun everyone was very positive and happy I felt so comfortable they told me everything I was going to ask without having to ask it and Dr Tran was so efficient I really appreciate that it overall a great experience as always.
