I really appreciate the organization and level of attention to detail (on time appointments, warm gel blankets and gowns, coordinating my husbands involvement). It makes me feel like Spring is doing it�s absolute best to care for me and reach a desirable outcome. Thank you. I also appreciate the clear, thoughtful communications (honesty regarding outcome, patient view of the ultrasound, provision of lab results, updating on outcome, written contractual agreement, live & prerecorded videos, etc). Thank you again.

Spring has been absolutely amazing to work with. Every single staff member I worked with was so warm and welcoming. I would highly recommend working with them for any of your fertility needs.

My experience with Spring was unbelievably positive. Ever Spring professional I interacted with was helpful and kind. My doctor, Dr. Zore, communicated clearly, answered all of our questions, was patient, had incredible bedside manner, and her treatment was excellent. All of my appointments were on punctual. The facilities are welcoming and bright. The portal/text/call communication was helpful and timely. The injections instructions were clear. Our entire experience was enormously positive. I can't wait to work with Spring again when it's time for my embryo implantation. Thank you so very much to the entire team.

Finance team was really bad. A lot of confusing communication and extremely frustrating to deal with. Post retrieval care could be better, especially for ppl with OHSS.
