Great experience! Your team makes a stressful time as easy and seamless as possible. Appreciate the care coordinator position keeping everyone on the same page. Response time was so fast.

Great team and experience. Team was helpful, timely, supportive, and thorough. Day of was really busy in the retrieval area so felt a little chaotic otherwise was great experience!

The whole sprint team is amazing. The nurses, doctors, NP�s and the front desk are very welcoming and made me feel very comfortable at all times. I am very grateful for the opportunity to work with the Spring facility.

I did not feel prepared for side effects post retrieval which were awful. I also did not feel prepared for potential side effects of the medication, and when i reported them, I was told that they likely were not related and that no one had ever heard of such side effects, even though they are easily identified online. Just felt a little bit gaslit during what was a super emotional process. Also, doctor was very nice but the visits felt super quick and I felt like a bit of a number.
