I wish I knew about the medication cost up front by spring so I could factor it in my overall cost estimate. Even if the medication piece was separate, a cost estimate by spring would have been helpful.

1. In- person medication trainings (with covid precautions) are preferred. 2. At least for the very first night of injections, it would be helpful to have the lead nurse available at the time of administration in case of any mishaps (when I ran into an issue on the very first night, the on-call physician (Dr. Zore) called me two hours after the time that the medication needed to be administered. That was a much later response than expected especially for the first night of injections. 3. Consider advising patients to use the Q-cup rather than the mixing needle with Cetrotide and provide adequate backups (at least one kit) for those on the Spring option and providing this feedback to the pharmaceutical rep - on two occasions, I ran into issues with the syringe apparatus that resulted in spillage and did not have a backup kit. 4. Consider a HIPAA compliant app like One Medical for patients to navigate their portal. 5. Though I appreciate the clinical stance of the doctors, it would also be helpful to consider a holistic approach too. 6. Could improve lag time with document uploads.

Overall I've had a great experience! I few of the pieces that were harder for me: 1) I was in quite a lot of pain after the retrieval (especially the first one). I was very surprised by this and wished that I had gotten more warning. 2) The timelines have always been hard for me to understand. I recognize that there is an attempt to outline everything via email but this did not always help. For example, the timing between the retrieval and the transfer was very opaque. I had no idea that I would likely get my period only a week later, and that my treatment would be different than what was communicated. I actually went camping because I didn't know I was supposed to be i town.

The touch less garbages in the bathroom were often not functioning. Its an attention to detail type of thing. My final P4 did not have my name and DOB confirmed (it was a busy day).

I love spring and feel very well Taken care of. You are an amazing team. As a constructive suggestion, a little bit lite time during ultrasounds would be great so we can get more one on one time with the dr to address questions.
